What truth is that?? The only real truth is that the library is wasting our tax dollars. The library director has little to do with the budget but answers to someone who is not her boss but runs the money in this town?? You might want to try to deflect that crap on someone else because that is not gonna fly here much longer!! Dwayne Elam is not her boss!! The Mayor is her boss!!

A department head who leaves work early to go run her liquor store in Ft Gibson is a huge problem.
Nearly half a million for the library? We have Parks employees that work their butts off and are underpaid. But there will be no raises for them due to overspending in many departments within the city – especially $450K for the library. Are we replacing every book?
